I began my journey on October 2023. Joining the industry was a new adventure for me, as this would be the very first contact center I would work in. As I progressed, I soon realized that this was more than a contact center; it was a place full of culture and growth. I started taking BAU calls from the 1st of December 2023, and within a month and a half, I became an SME.
The opportunity to assist and coach fellow associates was a passion that soon grew with this role. From this, I applied for the Learning Specialist role. I did not make it in this, however, I did not allow that to demotivate me. On the contrary, it made me stronger because I took the feedback and implemented it. The opportunity came again, and I went for it once more. This time, I was successful and became a Learning Specialist.
I am currently enjoying the journey with the my current Team and hope to inspire someone else to never give up…
