My story with Foundever began in April 2018, stepping in as a Sales & Bidding Intern. It’s hard to believe how far I’ve come in such a short time! It’s been six years since then, and I now proudly hold the position of Global AI Operations Manager. This journey has been nothing short of exhilarating, marked by so much learning and personal development. Foundever has been a pivotal platform for my career, recognizing and nurturing internal talent right from the outset.

In my initial role, I quickly learned the ropes and transitioned to a Bidding Junior position, which paved the way for my move into the dynamic world of marketing as a Marketing Manager for Spain a couple of years later. The opportunity to build a team from the ground up was one of my most significant achievements, evolving from a one-person team to leading a talented group of five within just a couple of years. This accomplishment, along with winning local and regional awards and recently having been named a Rising Star finalist at the ISG Women in Digital Awards, are some of the milestones that highlight my journey.

Mentorship has been a cornerstone of my growth at Foundever. The support from the Spanish team, particularly my first team in sales and my manager, David López, was crucial in my formative years. My transition to marketing was made smoother with guidance from remarkable professionals like Mariana Victorino, Gema Marin, and Benedita Miranda. Their strength, professionalism, and wisdom have left an indelible mark on my career and personal development. And I can’t forget about my lovely marketing team – we all grew so much both personally and professionally in our years together!

Of course the BPO industry, with its competitive and fast-paced nature, posed its challenges. Yet, these hurdles taught me to be pragmatic, adaptable, and quick in both thought and action! At Foundever, every day presents a new challenge – there are no dull moments. The vibrant company culture, coupled with a team of incredibly supportive and diverse individuals, continuously inspires me. Working alongside renowned brands has enriched my professional journey, offering insight into various operational cultures and forging meaningful relationships.

In my current role as Global AI Operations Manager, I collaborate with innovative minds like Guillaume Laporte, focusing on leveraging AI to drive the company’s growth. Recently, I’ve embraced the responsibility of educating and inspiring others in this transformative field through our AI Evangelist program. While these skills are crucial, I’ve also gained invaluable experiences that don’t come with certifications but are essential for personal and professional growth.

Looking ahead, I am thrilled about the future at Foundever. The company promises endless challenges and opportunities for learning and growing. As I have over the past few years, I remain committed to contributing to Foundever’s success and embracing the ever-evolving world of technology and innovation!
