Nadz Napuran

Since I started my career in the BPO industry in 2006, I’ve been fortunate to have an incredibly fulfilling journey filled with growth and learning. Like many others, I began my career as an agent, a starting point that sparked my passion for continuous learning and development.  Over the years, I’ve stayed with the same company and watched it evolve, adapting along the way. Through dedication and support from my colleagues, it enabled me to progress from an agent to a Subject Matter Expert (SME), then into the training team, and now I find myself as a Learning Manager.

Throughout my time with Foundever, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of programs, each with its own set of opportunities and learning experiences. Much of my growth is due to Foundever’ s focus on leadership development, which has not only encouraged me to advance my own career but also inspired me to help develop future leaders. One of the highlights of my journey has been seeing my trainees grow into capable leaders themselves. Watching their progress and enthusiasm is truly gratifying and reinforces my commitment to developing others, a vivid reminder of the profound impact we can have on others’ lives. The support I’ve received from my leaders, both past and present, has been invaluable. Their guidance and belief in my abilities have truly encouraged me to strive for excellence.

I cherish those small moments, such as casual conversations with colleagues, sharing laughter during breaks or even meetings, and celebrating each other’s milestones. These experiences have significantly shaped my journey, and I’m excited about continuing to grow within Foundever, supporting our agents, and contributing to the development of the next generation of leaders in our industry.
