My journey with Foundever Colombia started 5 years ago as an agent, moving to the mentor position to support growth of a new health care account. After this, I became Coach and after 8 months I was moved to the Senior Coach position, creating a structure of development for the coaches of the account. Then, I was promoted to the Operations Manager Track Trainee position, turning into account lead and taking responsibilities related to financials, client relationship and CMSR stability.​

As Operations Manager Track Trainee, I successfully implemented AI as a main tool to help the performance and quality of the account, lead the launch of chats and emails LOB’s and helped other Foundever sites sharing best practices.

Now as an Operations Manager, I am the account lead for 2 logos in 2 different cities in Colombia, alongside a staff team that shares the same drive and excitement about what we do and we expect to ​grow much more!

I am a musician that loves outdoors activities such as cycling and motorcycles, sharing the passion for learning and growth everywhere I go.​
