Rachelle Palma
Working as an EA at Foundever for 11 years, I didn’t just feel like an employee.
My journey as an Executive Assistant here has not just been a career, it has been a defining partnership that shaped my professional identity and helped me discover my worth as an EA.
When I started, I viewed growth as mastering a calendar or perfecting a spreadsheet. However, as the years passed, I learned that being an EA isn’t just about managing tasks, it’s about managing energy, culture, adaptability, and vision.
Looking back on the many years of challenges, the happiest moment is realizing that I haven’t just survived a decade in this fast-paced environment. I have thrived.
While I have met many people along my journey, I consider the most influential pillars to have been God above, my family, and our former Senior Director, Mark Robin Ramirez, who taught me the Foundever way, that efficiency is nothing without integrity and humanity. He showed me how to anticipate needs before they are even spoken and how to be more proactive.
FoundeverLife, to me, is everyday life defined by what it truly is, agility with a heart. We connect people with compassion. We turn frustrations into resolutions. We make an impact that is felt globally.
I appreciate the people, my colleagues, the clients, the support, and the operations team, for recognizing my efforts as I continue to embrace the challenges given to me.
Eleven years and counting, a lot has changed, but the core remains. Foundever isn’t just where I work, it’s where I became the best version of myself while nurturing a career that thrives with grace under pressure.
