
Alisha Lee
At EmpowerCX 2019, our annual customer experience (CX) event, we recognized and celebrated three Foundever associates who are enhancing CX – one experience at a time. This is their story:
Alisha is passionate about service and strongly believes that every customer deserves to be given the same experience she would want herself or a loved one to receive. As an Escalation Specialist, she hears from some of the most passionate callers. During challenging conversations, she reminds herself that “feelings are never wrong.” For her, this means that while an issue may seem small to some, to this person, it’s the only thing that matters at that moment. Taking the time to actively listen, assist every customer and view them as a person – not just another voice at the end of the line – no matter the issue at hand is important to Alisha.
Alisha began her journey at Foundever after relocating to St. Catharines with her boyfriend of 10 years. In her previous job, Alisha used her passion for communication and human connection to train new hires – instilling in them the importance of being caring and diligent, spreading positivity and encouragement to everyone they interact with.

Q: What do you love about Foundever?
A: The flexibility – I work four 10.5 hour days versus the typical every day 9-5 which leaves me time to spend with my nieces and nephews. I also love that our coaches encourage you to help and develop yourself.
Q: Takeaways from EmpowerCX?
A: Seeing the different perspectives. Being in this environment I’m able to see the back end and it shows you the impact, how passionate everyone is and how widespread our efforts are.
