As a trainer on the very first day, setting up ground rules, I always talk about how important it is to be respectful, because new hires are joining the most diverse industry in the world, and how great it is working among a lot of different ethnicities, ways of thinking, social strata, genders, etc. and how great it is creating longtime friendships!!!!!
