When I started at Foundever I was hired for Collections. On the first day of training, our trainer called us data tech. A ripple of panic ran through the class. But we’re Collections we said. The trainer said that data techs were needed, so we were data techs.

Being over 60 and always having had an IT department to contact if issues came up, I was terrified. But I recurved, and continue to receive such great support from coaches, mentors and team members that I have now been with Foundever for over 3 years. I have worked in Data Tech, Video Tech and now in the Comm Centre.
