The most influential people that I knew were a group of leaders I worked with when I was on a reservation account. I learned the principles of being agile, being data-oriented, documenting everything, and, most importantly, how a cohesive team operates, balancing the people and the business side of the operation. Years may pass, and we are now part of different programs, but the friendship and admiration will continue.
