Adrián López

My name is Adrian Lopez. I am 22 years old and I’ve been part of the Foundever family since December 3, 2017. Before applying at Foundever I worked for a small serigraphy business; however, my previous boss decided to take the company to another city. At that time, I was studying English and a friend of mine told me about the FLIP program and that he had recently started. He taught me about Foundever and its benefits, he encouraged me to apply and in October of 2017, I got into the FLIP program.

This was an amazing experience for me because I did not only enhance my English level but also learned about the call center industry and how Foundever has helped many people to improve their lives. I wanted to be part of those changes. After two months, I got hired, and since then, my life has changed a lot.

Before working for Foundever, I used to be a very shy person; however, Foundever has helped me to overcome my fears. Now, I’ve made a lot of friends, even from other campaigns, something I thought I would never be able to do. In Foundever, I learned how to treat other people and how to communicate my ideas and show my skills.

One of the things that I love the most about Foundever is that everybody is welcome, no matter their sexual orientation, their race, social status, etc. Here in Foundever, I feel free to be who I am and everybody respects me; that’s something I never felt before in my previous jobs. My friends are another reason why I’ve decided to stay in Foundever. They always make my day brighter.

At Foundever, I have had the opportunity to participate in some programs. I’ve been a Subject Matter Expertise in my campaign and this is one of the steps forward in my career. Being a MAX Insider is another step and I’m so excited to share my ideas and to learn about my peers. I am proud to say that I’m part of this beautiful company that has changed my life. A company that has given me the opportunity to grow and show my skills.

I’m pretty sure that new opportunities and exciting experiences are coming, and I’m ready for them.
