I have been with Foundever since the summer of 2017. I started as an English teacher and consultant in a campaign for mobile devices. I can frankly say this was the best job experience I’ve had. The communication with the people, coaching sessions and supporting them was what I was looking for and I was enjoying it to the fullest.
When the position for Team Manager on the same project opened, I decided to apply. I knew it was going to be different from what I was doing at the time. Still, I took a leap of faith and it turned out it was the right decision. I didn’t believe I’d work even more passionately than before, but it happened. It helped me grow as a person and a professional and I’m still growing every day. So when life throws you something, do not miss your chance.
