The first thing I noticed when I started working at Foundever was the videos of the agents on the site TVs. I noticed that all of them were different: tattoos and hijabs, metalheads and rappers – all kinds of people!
We also have activities for everyone, and the best demonstration was the Drag Race contest in February. My coach asked me if I would participate and I said: “Why not?” Friends helped me with the makeup, my girlfriend helped me with the outfit and I won first place. That experience helped us integrate more as a team. Later, as a coach, I repeated this experience and it was awesome. Especially since agents from my campaign helped.
It may sound cliché, but at Foundever people are free to be who they are, without any kind of prejudice.
