Hi, my name is Alex.
About 10 years ago, I moved from my hometown Hameln (Story of the pied piper) to Berlin. Foundever was my 2nd contact center job as an agent, which was very different compared to my first. Customer Service was really helping the customer and I was happy about the changes. Foundever gave me a lot of situations and coaching to enhance my skills and be the person I am today.
My transformation from Agent to Coach to Reporting and PIPM makes me proud. I love the opportunities to improve our company. Thanks to the Foundever Berlin team! You are the reason to stay in a place for more than 10 years!
