My experience at Foundever has been just amazing since the right beginning, two years ago a tried to get a position and guess what, I was rejected, she said I needed a little more of practice, last year on 2020 I decided to give it a try but I was decided to apply to FLIP first and then get a position, this time everything began in a different way, the recruitment guy told me the I needed to point out directly to the sky and let me do all the application process, I finally got a position, they believed in me , and everybody had put their trust on me, “Grow as you go” it is true, now I am a coach track trainee this is a world full of opportunities and my next step to keep growing is to share my experiences through this Max insider project
