Hi guys my name is Fernanda I began at sitel back in 2020, I enjoyed flip for two months because my trainer helped me a lot to improve my English skills and gain confidence about myself because at the beginning it was very hard for me to get a job due to the fact I did not trust in myself even though I felt ready with my English for a new challenge, this Amazing opportunity given by Foundever means more that just learning English, it’s about living the Foundever values on a daily basis; Two moths later I was hired for one of our biggest campaign which I’m proud and happy to support and now I have one year in this family, I have really enjoyed being part of this and I know that being part of MAX family would allow me to help others by sharing best practices, take advantage of the great opportunities we have, influence my friends and continue to develop my skills to became a great example for others.
