Hello! My name is Alison. I became part of this team in 2020 and because of where I was in my life, Foundever gave me a second chance and so I swore I would give my 110% moving forward. 10 months later I was promoted to Team Lead and now my title is Specialist Ops Manager. I have grown so much as a person & a leader and I’m so excited to see what the future holds for me here at Foundever.
