Hello guys!
My name is Andrea, I am a Social Communicator and Journalist from Cali. I’m 23 years old and have been working with Foundever for a year and half. It has been a great journey that started thanks to my best friend who was working as a coach for a Foundever’s campaign, back in 2019, she told me about her experience in the company, so I decided to apply.
After five months of working as an agent I was able to apply to the Learning Department for the Language Specialist position, which back then was called FLIP, and it was one of my goals to work in that area since I decided to join the company.
Now, after a year in this position I have learned a lot, grown tremendously as a person and professional. Also, the Language area suffered several changes since I began, such as it’s new name MAX English, and adapting to the new virtual methods due to the pandemic. It has been a pleasure to be part of this evolution process, because we had to learn how to use new tools and innovate in ways never imagined.
What I like most about Foundever is that I feel supported in every way, my co workers have become a family. I expect to keep learning and growing within the company!
