My story with Foundever has been incredible, really, at least for me.

I live in a small village with my husband, and since having my kids, I found that Cartaxo had limited job opportunities for me, as my area is tourism. I started my own tourism company, but since Cartaxo is not fully developed in terms of tourism yet, it wasn’t easy to keep that project going.

Once a year, I worked as a saleswoman and dealt with people from all over the world. I must admit, I love the money I make in this role, but the best part of that job is truly the people I meet and the human experiences I have.

I had a great season in 2021, and when summer was over, I was all set to start an MBA in a field that aligned with my personal goal of being able to work from home anywhere in the world.

I began sending my CV out everywhere, and eventually, I was offered a job at a bank, where I had to complete several tasks to prove my fit for the position. During the final task, which I had just 5 minutes to complete, I was ready when suddenly I received a call from a really nice girl, telling me that Foundever was interested in me and was offering me a job in my area—tourism. I was blown away! I knew that this was meant to be.

It has been almost 4 years at Foundever, and I have met amazing coworkers who I now call friends. I have found a great working environment filled with respect, and Foundever has supported me in my personal plans outside the company, allowing me to achieve my personal goals while continuing to work at this wonderful company that I believe our Hospitality client is.

It has been a pleasure and a source of satisfaction, as I have been able to develop my skills. This project aligns completely with my personal convictions and has helped me become a better person, a better mum, and a better wife. I have learned to stay calm in all circumstances and to control the energy that surrounds me. This journey has provided me with a continuous learning experience, which is vital for me.
