My name is Anita Suell and this is my story. I came to Foundever in 2012 as an agent, and I was highly motivated to become more than an agent during my initial training. When I made it to the production floor, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the change at Foundever as a Coach. After 10 months as an agent, I set my sights on becoming a coach by being accepted into the CA (formerly known as CTT) program. I worked hard on various campaigns in this role until I became certified as a coach. I enjoy the interactions with others because there are so many learning opportunities not only for my team but for myself as well. I’ve learned that learning is a shared experience and it is so critical to improvements and growth, not just for the short term, but the long term as well.
