My Foundever life story is a story of 12 years with the company. I started in 2008 as an agent on a multilingual campaign that was just being launched in Warsaw. I was a student back then and wanted to combine studies with work, which Foundever allowed me to do. I thought I wouldn’t stay longer than six months unless I would get the chance to grow in the company. Very soon, I became a Mentor and started my journey with quality assurance. I had the chance to continuously grow in the company working as a Team Manager, Ops Manager, PIPM and Senior Ops Manager. I met my husband 10 years ago in Foundever and we have two kids.
As a mother, it is challenging to balance work ambitions/a career and motherhood/family life. I was learning how to handle this balance over the past couple of years but was lucky enough to work with leaders who supported me on my way. They challenged me but left enough space to sort things out. I was always told, “Family comes first and we will never ask you to sacrifice your family for the company.” Today I’m a Country Leader responsible for Foundever in Poland. I’m a Mom of two wonderful kids, a wife, a friend, a daughter. I have many young women in my team and I continue telling them, “Think big, work hard and don’t ever stop dreaming!”. I met incredible people in Foundever and gained experience that shaped me for life. I wish all the women out there strength, self-confidence and the courage to go beyond limits they think they have. Our limits are in our heads; no one else is setting them. Enjoy the day ladies and thank you to all the gents out there who support us every day and make us feel special 😉
