We are Karen, Vanessa, Theo and Anja and we want to show you a different #FoundeverHero perspective:
We want to ensure Foundever Magdeburg maintains during this hard time and our goal is to successfully move our employees to home office.
We draw up contracts, enter the equipment and assist everyone on-site with advice and action. Our trainee prepares the Work at Home packages for everyone.
Also, the recruiting part has changed a lot: The process is completely virtual. With Adobe Connect, we do telephone interviews and hiring, to maintain contact with the applicants despite the circumstances.
We also take care of the “production of disinfection” at the site so that the virus has no chance! Despite this tricky time, we want to spread a positive mood at the site. So our theme days (as you can see in the picture) and some small actions continue to take place.
We are grateful that we have so many good and reliable employees who support us even in these difficult times and who make the world a little bit better with every clarified customer concern.
