Because after some detailed, logistical planning and one or two long days of phone calls, printing and the inevitable stapling, myself and the other Team managers here in The Ship have enabled virtually all of our agents to work from home!
Like Foundever sites all over the world, our agents’ well-being has always been our top priority. The current global pandemic has, of course, changed many things, but not our People First value. So, with the support and leadership of our senior management team here in Plymouth, we did whatever we had to do to get our people working at home. Ensuring they are safe. Empowering them.
