In 2010, I was in my final year of college doing my Bachelor in Secondary Education when I learned about Foundever and was inspired by my brother, who was an agent.
I took a challenge in my career, and I chose to be part of Foundever. I got hired on April 16, 2010.
I was an agent for more than a year before I was endorsed to be part of the Escalations group. A few months later, I became a Quality Analyst, where I developed the skills that I use now since getting promoted as a Coach about 4 years ago.
Working with Foundever has been the most challenging and rewarding experience. Getting out of my comfort zone or thinking outside the box has been a struggle; but I’m always encouraged to be better and the people I work with guide me throughout the journey to be on top of my game.
