February 2016, after 3 years of travels, moving from one place to another, I finally found my way back home, to for the first time set my feet on Foundever ground. I won’t lie; it was not a dream job for me. One day you are sailing through the Atlantic Ocean and day after you are picking up call after call, sitting 8 hours in the office. It was kind of a cultural shock to me, boring, same stuff every day, you probably know what I mean.
My attitude changed in time when I discovered the best part of Foundever: the PEOPLE. Thanks to them, I started to look for opportunities to develop and grow in Foundever or even beyond. You won’t believe it, but thanks to Foundever, I became a Viking! I won’t go into details, but just let me explain this – My Team Manager recruited me into an Xth century reconstruction group where we wear clothes and fight like true north warriors. Crazy! I know.
Since 2016 I have been lucky to be a team member on 3 projects, here in Warsaw and on each one of them, I found people with whom we were able to achieve almost every goal. This makes me think that either I’m one lucky guy or Foundever’s gravity attracts extraordinary people. 🙂 I will never forget the lessons that I’ve learned and I’m looking forward to getting another.
So here I am, almost 4 years later, as a Team Manager, happy to return the favor by sharing my experience with new ‘generations’ of our Foundever family. Skål!
