I’ve been with Foundever since 2020 in the middle of the world pandemic. It was a scary thing back then but when I did my first training class I felt even more scared it was a new thing to me. I worked in payroll for a few months then my coach had an opportunity to go to a new LOB and asked me if I wanted to go with him, I’ve been with my coach since I started and I said yes. When we did the training I was more nervous than ever but my coach was there for me every step of the way. After the first few calls, I felt right at HOME. I love working here. Our team truly feels like a family and goes beyond to make sure we all feel great and comfortable. I see myself becoming a coach one day and having a career here because I love the connection my customers and I have. You learn something new every day here. I’ve met some fantastic people who I call family outside of work.
