Each team has its own challenges that we have to face. For everyone, it is a different situation at home, one has the children dancing around him during customer meetings and the other colleague is very sad at home because he lives alone and no one even comes home in the evening. Foundever has put an enormous effort into ensuring that we can all work at home and that our jobs are maintained. The rest is up to us! The work is a bit more difficult because you can’t ask the colleagues next door, but there is always the right solution. I think that we have to see it as an opportunity because we look at everything and work from a different perspective. What we implement now, to make it easier, can also help us later again in the office or in everyday life, to work even more efficiently there.
Despite this distance, we get close to each other, so the after-work chat is simply redirected to a video call and we wish ourselves a nice evening.
