Hi, I am Patrick from Foundever Krefeld. I joined Foundever a few years ago, worked as a Foundever at Home agent, before entering the Coach Growthpoint Program.
A few weeks after my Coach certification I changed to an open position in the local IT.
Together with 2 of our local apprentices, we were able to support 300 colleagues during the last two weeks with setting up their BCP Foundever at Home equipment. Through this, we could ensure that these colleagues now work from a secure home environment during the COVID crisis, thus allowing the team in the site to adhere to social distance standards.
