My first shot at Foundever was a bummer. I went AWOL just months after getting hired. Despite what happened, I reapplied after 6 months and was hired once again.
My determination to go back came with the mindset to be the best that I can be. My years of experience in dealing with customers made me develop an in-depth understanding of this industry.
I got promoted as a Coach and this was where my people handling skills and agent development started. Years of more experience molded me into the position I am now.
As an Operations Manager, I am now into developing people that handle people, dealing with clients, and growing my knowledge to help and improve myself to manage people effectively.
