Durant cette crise du COVID19, j’avais le choix entre le télétravail et le travail sur site. Mais j’ai choisi de rester auprès de mes collègues qui n’ont pas ce choix , bien évidement vu que mon travail est purement inspiré d’eux , et je ne pouvais pas les abandonner pour affronter leur sort seuls.
Tout au long de cette période , j’étais impressionnée par ces gens qui n’ont pas laissé leurs  activités, départements ou autres , et qui faisaient preuve de solidarité chaque jour , par le simple geste de se réveiller le matin et venir travailler , et aussi de remplacer leurs collègues qui n’ont pas pu venir.
Tous ces gestes-là m’ont encouragé chaque matin à mon tour à être avec eux et à les soutenir , et à faire plus que mon mieux pour leur offrir un petit moment de détente pour qu’on puisse oublier ce stress mondial.
Cette période m’as fait comprendre que Foundever n’est pas seulement un endroit de travail , pour être rémunéré en fin du mois , elle vaut plus que ça . Foundever c’est notre famille, la famille qu’on a tous choisi, c’est la famille qui a toujours répondu à nos attentes, et là c’est à notre tour de faire la même chose pour elle.
Je remercie chaque collaborateur et collaboratrice pour son implication, et pour la solidarité qu’ils ont démontrée.
Merci à vous tous et n’oubliez jamais qu’après chaque nuit sombre il y a un jour ensoleillé, et le nôtre c’est Foundever GROUP.

Dream big and work hard.

I dreamed big. I started from the beginning arriving at achieving my dreams by making small steps, setting goals and taking risks.

I always had that perception to do what I felt passionate about. So I started as a customer adviser in Foundever because helping others by giving solutions makes me proud of myself.

During my career, I went through ups and downs. This helped me develop my skills, my communication, my sense of leadership and the most important thing is that it gave me higher self-confidence. At that moment, I knew that it was time to take the next step, which is applying for “Communication Officer “. By doing an internship for 6 months. It wasn’t easy at the beginning, but I believed in myself and I knew that nothing could stop me from reaching my goals. I’m finding motivation and inspiration from all the collaborators of Foundever and I will keep going because only the sky is my limit.
