My name is Christopher, and I joined Foundever Newcastle in 2019 as a Customer Service Advisor. Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to support several campaigns, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

After the sad passing of my mother, I struggled with my confidence and took a step back for a while. However, since starting at Foundever, my confidence and mental health have improved greatly. The level of support is incredible — there is always someone willing to listen, support, and encourage growth.

Through this journey, I’ve progressed into a Quality Analyst role and then into my current position, which I truly love. It offers continuous opportunities to learn, not only about the role itself but also about myself.

In my personal life, I am married to my husband, and in our spare time we enjoy traveling and exploring new food spots — probably a little too much, if we’re being honest.
