Hi, I am Daniel, since 01.03.2017 I am part of the Foundever family.
As Facility Manager, Berlin and Potsdam are my areas of responsibility. My range of duties is quite extensive. Not only technical but also administrative tasks of building services engineering and facility management are my responsibility. The affected site areas are planned, monitored and managed by the facility manager.
In order to do justice to this task, it is essential to work as a team here. The facility is the intersection when it comes to accepting the wishes of the site management and to the realistic implementation in order to generate added value for the sites.
The Covid19 crisis has changed much. Everyone is equally affected and we all have to go through it together. The Foundever management team quickly and effectively changed all processes so that we can protect every employee in the best possible way. Furthermore, there are new possibilities to explore and rediscover the stuck views in the workflows and to implement them more efficiently in the future!
This crisis showed me that when it comes down to it, we as a team can handle all challenges together.
