Working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) presents its own set of challenges, but being a transwoman adds an extra layer of difficulty. Each day, I find myself having to prove my worth to others, demonstrating how I can make a meaningful impact in my role. However, these challenges have not deterred me from reaching greater heights. I aspire to be a catalyst for change and an inspiration, particularly for the LGBTQIA+ community. I consider myself fortunate to have found Foundever, which serves as my safe haven due to its commitment to diversity and inclusion. Finally, I have the opportunity to make a difference.
