Hi, this is Diego from Foundever Colombia, Cali. I’m 21 years old and I’m currently studying foreign languages (English and French).
I started my career at Foundever back in 2019. Back at that time, I was looking for a job related to being an English teacher; however, I saw Foundever advertisements and having friends that were part of the company I decided to apply.
At the very beginning, I thought that if I got the job, it would be just for a short period of time, but then I found out the growth opportunities Foundever offers. After being an agent for 8 months, a new opportunity came to me and it was to become the new recruitment specialist. I decided to face the challenge and that’s basically why I am here. The whole process I went through helped me to understand how important it is that a company gives as many opportunities as they can, offering a good environment surrounded with the best people.
What I like the most about Foundever, is the fact that you can be whoever you want to be, the feeling which is very similar to home and the huge life-changing experience that I’ve been through since I started here.
I feel proud and thankful with all the new things I have been learning, the support I have received, the things I have achieved; but mainly with the people I have been surrounded; my supervisors, my colleagues and also my family who have helped me grow and get where I am now.
