Hey guys!
My name is Valeria. I am 25 years old. I came to Foundever through a friend who invited me to a birthday party and almost all the people were associates of Foundever. A couple of days later, I went to Foundever to apply for a job, the same day, they told me that I had been selected. I spent three months as an agent in a campaign that taught me a lot, I grew a lot as a person and the best thing was, I kept practicing and improving my second language.
After 3 months of being at Foundever, I was promoted to the Quality area. In that area, I made good friends and learned different techniques, which I use a lot today. After 5 months as a Quality analyst, I was promoted to the marketing area and now I am very proud to say that I am the marketing recruiter of Foundever Bogotá.
What I like the most about Foundever is that they give you tools to grow within the company and they care about you, you also have such a good time during your day there and that makes you create a feeling of belonging with the company. I am very grateful to the people who gave me the opportunity to get to know Foundever.
Being in this company has changed my life in the best way because I have been able to grow as a person and as a professional, meet people who make me smile, learn every day about everyone and see myself in a position, which I am passionate about.
