Eduardo Pavon

My name is Eduardo Pavon and I have had the privilege of working for Foundever since 2014! It has been a wonderful experience thus far. I joined the Foundever family as a customer service representative. Today, I am part of the recruitment department for the North America region.

Foundever has given me the tools and opportunities to grow personally and professionally. I have taken advantage of the resources offered to employees and have been able to become highly skilled at working with an internationally diverse clientele, as well as a results-oriented professional.

My amazing son is my source of inspiration and motivation to continue working hard to achieve my goals. As a proud father, I also work hard to be a positive role model for him and to demonstrate to him that dedication and hard work pays off.

I am proud to work in a company where tolerance, respect and diversity are put in first place. That allows us to be ourselves without fear of being judged.
