I joined Foundever 9 years ago as an agent for the United Airlines project. Back then, my children were 4 and 5 years old. I was looking for a part time job that allowed me to take care of my kids after school and support my husband with the expenses. I was very happy with my Coach and the best way I knew how to thank her was with my performance. After 2 years, a Coach position opened up and my Coach Gloria encouraged me to apply. I talked to my husband about the opportunity and despite the challenge that it represented – not just for me, but for my husband to support me – he said, “If this is what you want, I want it too.” Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to grow as Coach, Ops Manager, Sr. Ops Manager and most recently, Learning Manger. I feel so lucky to work in a company that recognizes the talent in women and men equally. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to set an example for my son and daughter and show them that with commitment, hard work and dedication you can succeed in whatever you set your mind to. I feel loved by my life partner; I couldn’t do it without his support.
