Hi, I’m Eliana Nemogá from Bogotá, Colombia. I’m 25 years old. I started my career at Foundever back in 2017. I’m graduated in International Business Management and I was looking for a job. I saw a Foundever ad and decided to apply for a financial campaign because I thought that could be a great opportunity for me. At first, I thought it would be a temporary job, but suddenly after a few months, I found a lot of interest in the business and the way things were changing daily, besides that you could feel like part of a family, a huge family!
After being an agent for 1 year, I became a QA, and six months later QA Lead. This dynamic takes you through a path of knowledge, empowerment and adaptability, which puts you in a position were strategy needs to be assured to be one step ahead of the uncertainty of this fast-paced environment. Once I started, I never thought I would grow that much personally and professionally.
Today I feel proud of all the support I have received from my peers and the way women from Foundever are seen. I have a lot of role models within Foundever in every area. For example, all the bosses I’ve had, have been women and I owe them all the experience and the interest that I have to keep representing the women and our role as leaders. Being a woman of Foundever is not being afraid to speak up and share your ideas; it’s about being recognized and supported.
