I joined Foundever almost 7 years ago as a Team Manager, intending for it to be a stop gap and it was the best decision I made for my career. I have now been an Operations Manager for the past 5 years and had many opportunities along the way to expand my knowledge and undertake new challenges. I was proud to be the only female Operations Manager onsite when I first stepped into the role, and since then a further 3 women have taken on the Operations Manager role meaning a much better balance across Site Leadership. It is great to have the opportunity to represent women in business at Foundever.
