I’ve never thought of myself as bold – someone who takes risks, is courageous, and exudes confidence. When I joined Foundever, I was looking for a fresh opportunity, somewhere I could make an impact and grow my career. Somewhere I could be who I am authentically, where I could bring my lighthearted personality and still do good work. I never thought that in the time that I’ve been here, I would be able to look back and see the impact I have felt as a result of my passion, asking tough questions, challenging the status quo, and thinking differently. That fresh opportunity has grown into some of the best career decisions I have ever made. Foundever has given me the opportunity to establish a long term vision around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, our people, and strategy, create goals to achieve that vision, and has allowed me the autonomy to bring that vision to life. I have been able to be myself unapologetically – a sometimes disorganized mom, but a very proud one, a business leader, someone who is high relationship, yet driven. I’ve been given the opportunity to think differently, bring new ideas to life. I’ve had the opportunity to develop a team that stands by each other, is transparent, but lives in a trusting environment. Foundever has helped me develop into a more confident, courageous, risk taking leader learning from our values each and every day.
