Hi! I am EJ. I joined Foundever in July 2022. I decided to join Foundever after finishing college. At first, I had second thoughts about whether I could thrive in the BPO industry. However, as early as training, I was able to build a strong support system that consistently encourages and motivates me to perform well. Here I am!

Foundever and my campaign helped me build my self-confidence. I recently participated in our campaign’s search for an EverBetter Ambassador. While I didn’t receive the title, I gained an unforgettable experience and a better version of myself. Foundever has pushed me to improve. In fact, in less than a year, I was promoted to Product Specialist, where I developed my skills and shared my product knowledge with the new hires I currently support.

Foundever and my campaign have also helped me become more responsible in all aspects of life. I truly believe that you can only achieve true fulfillment in something you love, so it’s essential to pursue your passions and excel at them.
