Althea Romar Filarca

Hi, I am Althea Romar. Before joining Foundever, I had second thoughts about moving to Baguio. Working away from home is challenging. Loneliness is inevitable, especially during special events such as birthdays, holidays, New Year, and the like, but that changed—big thanks to my Foundever family.

Now, I’ve been working for the company for two years, and I feel delighted about the upcoming challenges. On my journey with Foundever, I have learned a lot. I was not a social butterfly and always enjoyed my time alone. But with Foundever, I have transformed from being an introvert to becoming a bubbly character, thanks to my experience in OCP support. After a year with the support team, I faced my fears and stepped up. I was fortunate to pass my application to become a Coach Apprentice. It wasn’t easy to attain what I have now; a lot of training, breakdowns, and challenges came before my CGP training. I never gave up because I always remember a saying from Albert Einstein: “Once you stop learning, you start dying.”

Now, I am more motivated because I am already one step closer to my confirmation. My journey at Foundever is a roller coaster ride. I have gone through ups and downs for different reasons, but here I am proudly saying, “I made it.” I may still be far from my goal, but I’ve come a long way.
