Heather Maddocks

At EmpowerCX Europe 2019, our annual customer experience (CX) event, we recognized and celebrated three Foundever associates who are enhancing CX – one experience at a time. This is their story:

Since joining Foundever back in 2015, Heather has been a role model agent. At the start of 2017, Heather was hitting her daily, weekly and monthly targets with the goal of becoming one of the top performers on the campaign. In 2018, through hard work and determination, she reached that goal and was recognized as a top performer on the campaign for 2018. Additionally, she was recognized as most improved over the past year.

Due to Heather’s “can do” attitude, work ethic, commitment and bold positive outlook and determination, she has pushed herself towards earning the most commission she has ever made since starting at Foundever.

Heather is proactive in leading by example and will hold team meetings, coaching sessions and support her team to perform to the best of their ability. She does this in a professional, supportive manner and is an advocate of working together towards individual and team goals.

Heather also coaches new starters and shares her success story and the challenges she experienced when she first joined. Her guidance allows new agents to understand the challenges of the campaign and support mechanisms out there when needed; building trust early on in the Foundever journey.

What stands out even more is that through her drive and focus on performance, she has taken a strong lead in helping to raise charity money for the campaign. She has gone above and beyond to help us raise over £2500 towards charity in 2018 and £1000 in 2019 by running raffles.

As a mother of four and grandmother of nine, Heather continues to succeed in juggling home and work commitments. Because of her hard work and high-performance, Heather has now passed the assessment center for a Track TM and will be joining Growth point.

Heather’s performance, attitude and continued effort are second to none and we feel she is a true Foundever Star. She not only WOWs customers with her exceptional service every day – but her colleagues as well.
