When I applied to Foundever for a job over a year and a bit ago I was not expecting much as being off work for many years due to mental health issues. But Foundever took me on and since working for them, my self-confidence, self-worth and self-belief has improved a lot and my mental health issues I am proud to say have kept at bay thanks mostly to being at Foundever with how relaxed the working environment is here. The team manager’s I have had over time have been excellent as well as all the new friends I have made here and long may working here continue.
