I just wanted to share my story when I entered the BPO industry. At first, I hesitated to work in a call center because of some stories I heard before. But everything changed when I became part of a small account; I developed my communication skills and found more friends along my journey. Recently, I witnessed the warm support of my team as I participated in a small program. My teammates’ smiles and laughter, the effective leadership, added color to the office and gave us confidence to provide strong customer service to our clients every day.
