Hi everyone! My name is Jeff. I am one of the PMO rock stars for Asia Pacific. I’ve been with Foundever for 13 years now and counting.
My journey started way back in 2006 as a fresh graduate. Since I majored in Computer Engineering, my target was to be an I.T specialist. It was nerve-racking, getting myself into something that I have no idea about.
I started as an agent for the first technical account in Baguio. Since my background was inclined with the account’s profile, I used it to my advantage to step up. From an agent, to a Home Networking specialist, to a Coach Track Trainee and being a full-fledged Coach. I got the chance to support both Production and OCP/Nesting while mastering my craft as a Coach.
By September of 2011, a new opportunity opened and I was one of the few that was tapped to Pioneer a Customer Service and Sales account in Site 3. It was difficult at first, being in my comfort zone for 6 years and moving to a totally different environment. Fortunately, this move paved the way for me to further grow in my career, stepping up as an Operations Manager Track Trainee in September 2012 until I got confirmed in April of 2013. Fast forward to 2018, I applied as a PMO and just like that, another milestone achieved.
Looking back at my journey, I am very happy with the decisions I’ve made. A lot to celebrate on the successes and accomplishments, but at the same time, I am very thankful for all of the learnings I acquired throughout.
