I’m a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) with more than 12 years of experience. I decided to return home for good to be with my children and guide them as they grow. Two years have passed, and I’m living a simple life as the mother of three beautiful children, a housewife, and a small business owner. However, I felt that something was missing in my life. I missed being on stage.

One day, while scrolling through LinkedIn, I saw a post about hiring for Customer Support at Foundever—this was back in 2022. I was curious and checked the article. I decided to apply and try my hand at the BPO industry. My happiest moment was when I passed the interview. Foundever brought back my sense of purpose, showing me that it’s never too late to create or have a career. I secured the position of Experienced Customer Support.

This was my first BPO experience, and I learned a lot. My mentors, team leaders, and account managers motivated me and provided valuable advice on how to improve my skills. After nine months, as the account was expanding, I had the chance to be cross-trained and become a Verification Representative. I was learning and growing at the same time. After another nine months, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME).

FoundeverLife Because of Foundever, I found a new home and received the opportunity to grow, learn, and share my knowledge with others. I have a work-life balance that allows me to spend time with my kids while working. This job has given me the chance to witness my children grow.

Now, as an SME, every day brings additional learning for me. Thank you, Foundever, for opening your doors and giving me the chance to create a new path for a brighter future. I appreciate all the people around me and the support they have given me to achieve my goals.
