Entering the BPO Industry was very new to me, and to be part of a big and amazing company is really something I am proud of.
5 years ago, I joined the Foundever Barkada. I started as an agent in my 1st account for 5 months before it closed. Luckily, I was transferred to another account where I stayed for 4 long years. Here, I was able to be part of the Service Enhancement team and one of the Subject Matter Experts. I was able to grow as an individual and work with amazing people who I am friends with to this day.
Unfortunately, the account closed as well due to the pandemic.
Everything changed when the Pandemic hit the world, and I am very blessed that Foundever made sure that I will be able to keep my job, so I was transferred again to my current account, and for 6 months staying in this account, I couldn’t ask for more.
When I entered Foundever, I am just a nobody, and was afraid of people’s judgement because I am different. I AM GAY. I thought that I will be ridiculed in my work place and I was really afraid to express myself, but with the help of Foundever and all the awesome people around me I was able to break free. I was able to showcase my talents not just in work related matters but also in dancing and singing during events, I’ve also experienced joining and winning 2nd runner up in our Pageant activities. I felt confident for the 1st time, and I felt loved and accepted by the people around me.
With everything I’ve experienced in this company, I can say with confidence that Foundever is a safe workplace for members of the LGBTQIA+ Community. We are appreciated here, we are celebrated, and most importantly we are RESPECTED, not because we are different but because we are all the same, we are all HUMAN BEINGS.
In Foundever, I felt like a caterpillar that turned into a beautiful butterfly.
I choose to stay with Foundever because of it’s “People First” culture, they value their employees as much as their clients.
For me, the main reason this job and this company is really life changing and fulfilling, is because of the amount of respect and appreciation we receive from all the people around us.
Foundever is breaking boundaries, does not tolerate indifference and promotes diversity.
