Hi, my name is Jess, and my story begins back in 2013 when I moved to Kentucky after getting married. I had been a nurse for 17 years and decided that maybe it was time I try something different for a while. That is when I applied at Foundever in Glasgow, Ky. I remember my interview as if it was yesterday and how nervous I was as I had never worked in a call center. I was welcomed with open arms and quickly started to grow and blossom as an agent. I was promoted to Mentor in August of 2013, and with the support of my fellow peers and the support of Operations, I decided to apply for CTT that following March.
In June of 2014, right at the end of my CTT program, we decided to make the move back to Missouri so that I could be closer to family and friends. The support from Foundever was absolutely amazing. Not once did I hear we will miss you when you leave; instead I heard, we would love to offer you a Coach position in our W@H program. It was an easy decision that I quickly accepted. We made the move back to Missouri, and I started my journey as a Coach in August of 2014. In April of 2018, I was offered the chance to be a part of our OMGP program in which I quickly accepted. I graduated in October 2018. During every growth opportunity with Foundever – even when I was nervous or didn’t think I could do it – I always had the support of those around me.
Not only has Foundever given me many opportunities to grow in my career these past 6.5 years, but it also provided me with a stable future that helped lead us down the path to purchase our 90-acre farm here in rural Missouri. I have 5 grandchildren, 3 girls, and 2 boys all under the age of 8. I have one son, two bonus daughters, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and about 30 cows out back in the pasture. I love to travel, especially to the mountains of Colorado and Wyoming. I also love to entertain and enjoy the company of my family and friends, but especially the company of my grandchildren.
