Hello, my name is Johana Mendoza. I am twenty-six years old and I started working at Foundever when I was just 18 years old. I remember that day I was told by someone that I was never going to be an independent person and I felt so bad that I decided to go to the interview.
Pretty sure you all remember your first interview, I was very nervous and anxious.
Eight years later, here I am feeling proud of everything I have achieved. As a learning specialist, I enjoy what I do and love to help others achieve the goal I once aimed. Every class I have teaches me something new, being able to guide others through the right principles and helping them keep their jobs by learning what they need to do, makes me very happy.
It was not an easy path, but I feel thankful for it since it helped me realize that when you want something with all your strength and heart, it is worthy of going through fire to get it.
I now look back in time and if I could go back there, I would tell the 18-year-old Johana that she is capable of doing everything.
Foundever has a very special place in my heart and life; it gives me the opportunity to enjoy what I do and also being able to spend time with my child, husband and family. Thank you Foundever, for having a place for me, for my trainees and for the ones that need this job.
