Hello, my name is Jorge Jimenez, and I’m 24 years old. I started my journey at Foundever in 2018. I’m excited to be a part of this amazing company.
Before I started working at Foundever, I did not think I was able to perform in this environment since I did not feel confident. Luckily, I was selected to be part of the FLIP program, where I learned how to overcome my obstacles and improve my skills. I can proudly say that I had the best experience during this period. I’m so thankful to my mentors for guiding me and helping me overcome my weaknesses. I felt encouraged to follow my dreams and reach my goal to have success during the interview.
Currently, I am working in the biggest campaign in Foundever as a Financial Specialist. I’m content to be part of the Foundever family. Throughout this journey, my skills have improved the best; we work as a team and practice the power of positivity.
I strongly feel that Foundever has changed my life. I see situations positively and see my job as an opportunity to show that I can do anything. Professionally, it gives me job stability, which allows me to be independent.
Finally, I’m so grateful to be working in a company where you work with motivated people, where you have the opportunity to be yourself and be part of something big, and every single day is a new experience. I feel so happy and convinced that if you want something, you can get it.
